Please contact us with any requests. RETURNS: Discontinuedbeauty.com will not accept returns on any order without prior consent and an RMA # ( Return Authorization Number) . RMA requests must be recieved within 30 days of the purchase. Once you have contacted us , we will email you with your RMA # . All return orders must be received within 30 days after receiving an RMA#. A 20% restocking feel will be applied at the time of credit. Orders returned due to address discrepancies will be subject to additional shipping charges. All returns will be paid for by the purchaser unless, of course, we are responsible for any mixup in an order. Shipping fees including International orders which may be returned for any reason are not eligible for a refund.
