I just want to say that when I ordered several lipsticks from the company and they were damaged in delivery, they were most gracious and efficient in replacing the item, communicating with me on the status and even giving me a credit since I could only get three of the four I wanted. They answered my emails promptly, called me and sent my order to my work address to make sure I got it unharmed!
If you are looking for a hard to find or discontinued beauty item, I would highly recommend this site. They are keeping me updated if they get any more of my lipstick.
