SHIPPING: Orders will be shipped within 5 working days of receipt.( Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays) Pleas allow up to 10 business days for delivery depending on your location in the US. Additional shipping options are available by contacting us for a shipping quote BEFORE placing your order. RETURNS: Discontinuedbeauty.com will not accept returns on any order without prior consent and an RMA # ( Return Authorization Number) . RMA requests must be recieved within 30 days of the purchase. Once you have contacted us , we will email you with your RMA # . All return orders must be received within 30 days after receiving an RMA#. A 20% restocking feel will be applied at the time of credit. Orders returned due to address discrepancies will be subject to additional shipping charges. All returns will be paid for by the purchaser unless, of course, we are responsible for any mixup in an order. Shipping fees including International orders which may be returned for any reason are not eligible for a refund. We cannot accept returns that are not factory sealed due to state and federal regulations.
