Can be used with or without heat. This is an acid perm with alkaline technology. Self-leveling conditioning agents insure even penetration for all hair types. Contains thermacore complex that conditions the hair during both the waving process and the neutralizing phase. One formula for normal, tinted and highlighted hair (up to 50% highlighted, up to 40 volume developer). Can process with or without heat for variable processing.
